Last December I purchased an emerald and diamond ring for my mother on EBAY. I was so excited to give this to her. Within weeks, four diamonds fell out and the band broke! I was so embarassed because the USGL card stated the value at over $3000.00! I had never purchased anything on Ebay before, so I didnt realize that thieves were allowed to perpetrate these kinds of crimes on the public on Ebay! I have tried to get an estimate for replacement and repair and it would cost me more than I paid for the ring in the first place. Do Not buy anything from them. The work is terrible and the quality of the stones arent even registering and I value; which is so included it looks like snow!
