E-Pro Fraudulent Billing, ripoff, dishonest

I ordered e-pro auction for free for 14 days. I thought they were going to send me a CD explaining the home business. I never recieved any information from them. Then last night 8/21/06 I was checking my ccount balance on my banking. I went on line and found out that e-pro auction took money out of my account for $49.95. When I called them I got a lady on the phone she told me I had been sent the info packet and had to cancel within 14 days to get a refund. I told her I had never received such a packet and she insisted I had. I couldn't cancel the business in 14 days if I didn't know how to cancel or the e-mail address to cancel or a phone number.
