Maurice Heslep
Used my name on ebay acct to rip people off

This week I received a phone call @ letter from a collection agency. They were trying to collect on an ebay acct. They had my name, but not my address.

The address they had was for maurice heslep.in late 2004 I discovered mr heslep was using my name on ebay. People called me wanting to know why they never received merchandise they had ordered. I found out where he was living, I made several attempts to contact him but he avoided me. The last time I went to the apt complex where he lived the manager informed me the police had arrested him @ confiscated merchandise.

I saw later in the newspaper that he was charged with internet fraud. When i got the calls from the people who were cheated i emailed ebay @ told them my name was being used illegally. I also tryed to call them but got no response.

I filed a police report against mr heslep on 8/15. While looking for info on mr heslep i saw usacomplaints.com with my name linked to maurice heslep. I would like everyone who reads this that i was never in any kind of business with mr heslep! I am also a victim. Thank you
