Charging and obtaining credit card information

Online Supplier charged my debit card 29.95 for some monthly fee that I never signed up for. They said that I had to of signed up to get charged, and stated i should have got charged 1.95 for some kit (That I never received) The charge for the 1.95 isn't on any of my bank statements but sure enough i was charged the 29.95. They said all they were able to refund me was 14.95, for a service that i didn't want, or sign up for, and i never received this kit they are talking about. They wasn't going to give me the 14.95 until I told them my lawyer would be contacting them. This company IS cleary ripping people off, and something needs to be done!
