My son was charged for 7 months @$29.95 for a service he never signed up for and knows nothing about by Online Supplier/NewWave.

He is serving a mission for our church for two years so had to take of this mess. I called to find out what this company was when I saw a multiple charge on his card for on month.

The company informed me that they had been charging his account for the past 7 months, I told them that could not be possible because he was not even here and it was from our home email account. The sales representative said he could not do anything, so I asked to speak to a supervisor (which is virtually impossible with this company) Kevin, supervisor, told me he could only credit my son's account for 3 months of charges even when I explained the situation.

I have filed a complaint with our credit union and visa and hope they will be able to help further.

I would like to find out who owns and runs this company and have it shut down. Online supplier claims they sent a packet to our address (I have never seen it). The representative said it looks like junk mail and is thrown away by most people.

I have a strong feeling many people are being ripped off by Online supplier/Newwave, and in our case we have no knowledge of anyone signing up for such a service.

Very dangerous company... Please report if you have had something similar and maybe we can put these scam artists out of business.
