Ripoff

Went online to fill out a payday loan to simply cover some things until I get paid next week. Well after filling out that form and instead of getting the payday loan that I declined because I decided it was not worth it.

My account was hit for 159.95. Now this un-authorized transaction from EDP caused our bank account to go into negative because we had no money in there to begin with. So while the bank is in the process of sending us a fraud form EDP decided that they would go ahead and hit our account again with hopes that the money would be there not once more but actually 4 more times. 2 times a day for two days back to back.

So now its just out of hand. The bank questioned me about this and I simply referred them to usacomplaints.com and yesterday went into the bank with quite a few of the reports about EDP that I printed out. They immediately refunded the bounced fees that I was facing because of EDP.

I emailed EDP about this Velia 800-430-0672 ext. 119 simply stated, "We understand this may not be a pleasant time for you and your wife. Someone must have used your computer and filled out this information" I replied to her, "your about as dumb as a sack of rocks"!

Anyhow I'm going to prosecute EDP, next week I'm headed down to the states attorney's office to file charges. Messed with the wrong guy they did. I sue for everything believe that. So for Dale P Cleveland, Vivienne Crye, Brian K Stewart, and William R Wilson. (executives for EDP) O I can't forget the one named Bridgett the one who I've read about on here that responds to these ads. See you guys in court very soon.
