Was the winning bid on a toad house on eBay. Sent Kim Fox the check, it was cashed, but no toad house EVER appeared. Sent her numerous emails, no response. Contacted eBay and filed a report, and left her appropriate negative feedback. That seems to have gotten her attention, all of a sudden. She immediately left me negative feedback, for absolutely no reason, other than I was cheated and ripped off by her. Keeps claiming she sent the toad house but will NOT give me a tracking number. I paid for Priority Shipping by USPS. If you read over her feedback on eBay she has MULTIPLE incidents of this, and each time comes up with a different excuse—ie "fire in the greenhouse", "emails not working", etc. Etc. Etc...

Made a phone call to her listed number at 9:30am 6 August... When I asked for her, the woman asked who was calling then told me that Kim Fox was not there. (VERY questionable). Was told by the woman who answered the phone that Kim was not going to be there until 3pm that day, but wanted to know what I wanted. I told her I had been ripped off and I wanted an explanation or reparation. She immediately became very defensive and stated "she wouldn't do that." hmmmmmm... I firmly believe the individual I was talking to WAS Kim Fox, but she didn't have the guts to speak up.

Rip-off artist, BEWARE!!
