Lottaterracotta Lawnngardn - Kim Fox took $ including insurance MANY emails & 2 promised shippings no mdse/no refund since 9/15/05 most recently 2/12/06 & no answer yet!

After inquiring as to the speed of an expected shipping date, I ordered a Toad House from Lottaterracotta on www.ebay.com; 9/15/05. The promised ship date was well before Christmas, so I would have plenty of time to wrap and ship off to Maryland. I used the optional insurance and paid with paypal for speedy, safe delivery time (priority mail).

After waiting a good length of time for the item, I inquired of my mail person and having found there were no boxes for me at the post office, I inquired of Lottaterracotta. I was asked to wait another week and then recontact them.

After another week had gone, I recontacted and was told another Toad House would be sent. MANY emails have been sent and a few were responded to, with promised ship dates. To make it short& no merchandise and the request (s) for refund have gone UNANSWERED.

The company had delayed me too long to receive any aid from pay pal OR ebay, so I have only this recourse. Any forum with clay, terracotta, etc. As it's format, I have left a negative report on this company.

Most recently, I sent an email requesting the item OR refund on 2/15/06 and have received no answer. The price with shipping and insurance only totaled $23.40 for this purchase. That amount is a mere pitance; but factor in Lord knows how many they have done this to, and they make a pretty good profit for FY'05!
