Ripoff Fraud Scam Non-Customer Service

I'm not going into the entire episode, much of the same that has already been written. Slow (or no) service often, non-english speaking tech support in India, refuse to make a service call on broken equipment that's still under warranty.

Wish I would have researched it better before purchasing. If you're readng this and have not signed up for the service yet, don't.
