Fired me for nothing McGrego

It is amazing to see such reports about Dell! And I believe everyone of them. I worked HARD to become fulltime with Dell and in February I was hired on! *YES* well... in June I talked to an ASM Joey McDaniel about some problems that were going on (bad mistake) because one of the problems I found out was his buddy Michael Lay. I requested to speak to an ombudsman and anout 1 month later, I found myself in an investegation; about nothing let me add that. And Joey and the site director Chris Blaine were on vacation! Now I foind that to be odd.

To get to the investigation. Apparently they were "looking" at someone else and I was terminated via the phone by Rocky (and guess what? He is also friends with the ASM and the manager Michael Lay) I was terminated for lying during the investigation! He (Rocky) said that I said something during our conversation, 1. Our conversation was not recorded and 2. I had the phone records in front of me. Why in the world would I lie? I also found out that you aren't suppose to be fired through the phone. I believe that I was terminated because I knew somethings and I wanted to tell the ombudsman. BTY, I never had the conversation with the ombudsman.

When I was terminated one of my friends that work out there in the McGregor site said that I was the #1 Rep for June! I loved my job even thought I wasn't in the click or the "leaders" as Rocky would call them. Maybe I should grow some balls and screw every new hire that goes out there. Seems like that would give me job security.

The moral of the story... If you like your job; look the other way because even a top rep like myself can get terminated. And I am not rehirable.

Oh yeah don't bother to email Michael Dell. He doesn't answer. Maybe you want to give it a shot Michael@dell.com
