Ripoff double charged will not issue credit

I ordered "free" disc from viedo professor. Upon arriving, i found that they were not as advertised. I called for a return authorization number and the rep, said that an credit will be issued to my credit card. Guess waht no credit and another 79.95 charge appeared on the next month credit bill
for something that i did not order or received.
Trying to staighting out this is a total mess, nobody will do anything about it at denver.
