Ripoff money from my checking acct. And not sending product

Ordered on line from momentum direct a free sample of permaslim and all you pay for was the shipping $4.87 cents. They took that out of your checking and with no obligation it said.

Return it for a full money back gurantee, no loop holes. I returned it and never even opened it, and now they took 49.95 out of my checking without my authorization for another bottle.

The deal is if you didnt want it or not satisfied with it then return it and cancel with nothing more to buy again. This is not true and they have no contact info on their site after I got to looking. It said it would be simple to cancel just give them a friendly call or simple e-mail and they provide neither. Im d* mad and I want my money back!!!
