Charged for items not received, then sent multiple additional packages

I orded a diet supplement from Momentum Direct. I never received the product and contacted customer service. My checking account was charged almost $50.
Customer service advised me I would receive a full refund. Several weeks went by and I received two (2) packages in the mail from Momentum Direct. Still no refund. This occurred on the weekend so I waited until Monday to call again. I also placed the two (2) packages in the mailbox with "Return to Sender" on them. On Monday the two (2) packages had been picked up but I received an additional package from Momentum Direct. I called customer service at this time. They then advised me I would be refunded $179. For my orders. I told them I did not place an order and I better not get charged. I placed the third package in the mailbox also marked "Return to Sender" along with a note to the mail lady that I had not ordered anything from this company and please do not deliver any further items from them.
I have also sent in a help ticket to Momentum Direct's online help site: http://momentum. Helpserve.com/. I am currently waiting on a response from that.
