Pathetic internet

I am letting you know of one mediochre pathetic internet service by the name of Losch Internet Services. Yes they are generally a local internet provider, but apparently care more about taking money from the customer and giving them nothing in return. (like most business's now-a-days)

They were in the Plumbing and Heating business for decades and well, their venture into the Internet provider service seems like a step they should have not taken. They offer dial up, like every other joe-schmo place can, but they also offer something they call "Wirelis" which is basically a Microwave antenna mounted like a satellite dish, pointed towards a tower to receive internet "wireless" instead of over a phone line.

Sounds cool right? Yeh works one day, then doesn't for 3 then works again for a couple days, then not... You get the idea. Then they like to charge 35.95 a month for this. Ok, pay 26 dollars a month for 15 days (if I am lucky) worth of service? Plus!!! Yes it gets better. 24 hour service huh? Hahaha. Sorry. Anyway, call the contact # and what happens? Please leave a message and a rep will contact you ASAP. Ok who reading this thinks 7 days (and still nothing) is ASAP???

Then to write an email for tech support, write 3, get one in return. Yes, they actually responded. With a ton of helpful information. To sum up their very informative response..."it has been up and running since 11AM" "oh, you are in Pottsville, um, uh, duh, we will contact you tomorrow (4 days ago) and let you know what is going on" PEOPLE GO INTO LABOR AND HAVE CHILDREN IN QUICKER TIME then it takes for anyone to contact you about ANY kind of problem.

Thankfully I found a TRUE wireless internet. Charges the same amount, AND, YES AND, GET THIS! Works!!! Oh the humanity, the disbelief, sorry, just being sarcastic.
