This company will charge your credit card immediately despite the fact the product is not in stock and they don't know when they'll have it in stock. When you ask for a refund - forget it - they'll tell you one story after another (like they only give refunds every 60 days, etc.). The only way to get your money back is to CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY and have them challenge the charge. They will force the company to provide proof of delivery, which they cannot do, at which point your credit card company will reverse the charge.

The best thing to do is Don't Do Business with this company. The second best thing to do is IMMEDIATELY call your credit card company to challenge the charge.
