International Grant Services ripoff, Stole my money Miami

In January of 06 I filled out a web form for a grant. Http://www.governmentgrantsinformation.com
They then had a nice lady Laura call me. She convinced me that they do all the research and paperwork for the grants. I thought about this for a long time then decided to try for it. So I could buy the home I am renting and start a business. Well $399 later, I get a phone call stating that their information didn't get recorded and they needed to redo the recording in order to send out the information. Well done that waited 15 day's nothing. I been calling for 2 weeks daily nothing. I used my checking account and now have to open a new one for the possible fear of them stealing from it. I was even givin a billing number 1-888-453-1420 It worked till I talked to them and now say's it won't go thru. I am a single mother and I am devistated it took forever to come up with that. Any advice I am open,
