Took my money and wouldn't give me a fefund

They took my money and never sent me the merchandise that was supposed to be sent. Then when I asked for a refund they told me it was going to be 30 days for the refund to go through. I have now waited 90 days and they refuse to answer my email or my Instant messaging. They wouldn't even talk to the better buisness bureau when they attempted to contact them. I am owed at least $245. I feel that this company is a fraud and they are only after the money. Take special care to avoid this company.
