Refused to help when I reported problems with a stalker from their site San Francisco

I encountered problems a stalker who was a user on AmericanSingle.com website. After I reported problems with a stalker to their California Customer Service Department [I spoke to Oliver]. They did nothing. Customer Service was not helpful; they did not investigate; and they were not sympathetic or make any suggestions to correct the problems I experience with the user on their website.

The Customer Service Representative on American Singles said he could not block the user and he could not remove him from their site. My only alternative was to drop my subscription, remove my profile.

As a result of dropping my subsciption I lost 3 weeks of unsused service. The unused portion of the subscription will not be refunded to me.

American Singles is the host for an enviroment for stalkers. And to make bad matters worse, American Singles penalizes persons who are victimized by stalkers.
