Ripoff Did not deliver stamps as ordered required a 15 business day wait and now requires 2 months for refund

I ordered 20 dollars worth of personalized stamps from photostamp.com on the 24th of May. I chose the inexpensive delivery option, for 2.99 for my order to be sent via U.S. Mail.

Their website confirmed that my order was completed and sent on the 26th of May.By the 14th of June, I wrote to their email support that my order had not arrived. (I live in the S.F. Bay area and they are in Los Angeles)

Their support email stated that I had to wait for 15 business days before they would consider the order "lost". It is now the 20th of June, I contacted them again via email (they dont have phone support).

Their email apologized for the "lost order" and offered my either a credit towards another order (this time recommending the expensive delivery option) or a refund.

They provided a link for a "Return Form" that I have to fill out for my refund. The form states that subject to approval, my refund will take 2 billing cycles on my credit card.

90 days from purchase to (hopefully) a refund. Automated support emails that dont address the issues. No phone support. Terrible service. Ridiculous refund policy that encourages you to place another order and pay the difference for "premium delivery" or wait 60 days for your credit to be applied.

Terrible Service, terrible customer support, terrible guarantee, bad news all around.
