Ripoff Received over $200 for car electronics and didn't return emails for last 2 years then folded

I did not know anything about matrixes 2 years ago and thought it would be an affordable way for me to affordably purchase some car audio equipment. AFter almost a year, they finally answered 1 email where I complained that my names position had not escalated in a year. They said they were all going to ove soon. I guess they thought tahta was funny. Now it's been 2 years later, and the site is not active and I was ripped off for over $ 200. I feel stupid. I just didn't know these sites wer that underhanded, and sometimes illegal.
