Ripoff fruadulent spyware program

Titan Shield is a supposed antispyware application (rogue antispyware applications) that uses Trojans and other malware into tricking or scaring you into purchasing it.

They make you think that it is something from Microsoft Windows Security Center and needs your attention. It sometimes stalls your computer and won't let you get out of the screen. You may have to turn off your computer but it will re-appear after a few minutes. When you click on the Remove Spyware button on this page it will bring you to the site antispywarebox.com which attempts to sell you either Titan Shield, Adware Sheriff, or Regfreeze Antispy.

My husband thought this was something to do with a recent spyware program I got and I needed to pay for it, so he bought it not knowing that this was a fraudulent company. We are trying to get our money back but the internet site has no phone numbers or addresses to contact anyone. I have left two messages via e-mail to their tech support but have not received any answers. I have contacted the phone number on the credit card transaction but it says to leave your name and number and they will get back to you. I have since read articles on how this program makes you think you have spyware/malware/adware on your computer but don't really and how to remove this vicious program off my computer. Don't download this program.
