Dishonest pictures of product won't change after being notified

Internet & Web

I bought a 'J-Tech Men's G-Sport Watch' from Overstock.com in April (if you copy the name above and search Overstock's site you will see it). I looked at many low priced all digital watches on their site before purchasing this one. I liked the description of the watch:

Specifications:
Aluminum case
Stainless steel bracelet
Satin and polished finishes
Digital LCD display
Graphic day and second markers
Daily alarm
EL Backlight
1/100 second stop watch
Deployment clasp
Japanese lithium battery
Water resistant to 30-meters

Even the picture of the watch looked great - an all-metal watch case (unlike a lot of the Casio digital watches which contain a lot of plastic). The first problem was when the watch didn't arrive until 3 weeks later (which means you are not allowed to return it - Overstock.com's return policy is that you must initiate a return within 20 days of the SHIP DATE). I opened the box and found the watch was not 'aluminum case' and 'stainless steel bracelet'. The watch case has blue hard plastic encased on the back of the watch. The bracelet connects to this blue plastic also. The buttons that adjust the display are also blue plastic. NO WHERE in the Overstock.com's description or onsite picture is that depicted. One of the blue buttons popped out after 3 weeks. When I contacted their customer service department to complain, I was reminded of their return policy and offered a $5 credit. I complained more and was placed on hold. I was told I would receive a $10 credit. I was also told the watch description problem would be reported.

To this date I have not received my credit nor has the description of the watch been changed. I am very disappointed in Overstock.com and feel that they are purposely allowing that description to stay there in order to fool others into buying that watch.
