Computer Campany ripoff misleading onreturn

I order a inspron laptop and the computer came to me not working dell said I had to do everything to get it fix befor sending it back and that I only had 21 days they kept me on the phone for 21 days untill my time ran out and up to know it is not runing properly. I told the sales people what I wanted and it not only did they not explain some things were not possiable they let me belive that it was and sold me things I didn't need up to know the computer is given me problems dell is a ripoff. And because I'm disable thier getting away with this because I'm unconsis so much I can't rember half the things they did to me while buying this computer but they ripoff.
