Paypal put a limited access on my account of $256.00 because my neighbor owes them money, my neighbor Benji Gibson has used my computer a couple of times, but that should be no reason to hold my money.
Paypal done the same thing to me in March it was resolved and now they are doing it to me again over the same person and reason. I should have learned not to trust them the first time, but I did and now they have my money tied up again.
Please help me I am trying to raise to children on my own and I sell stuff on ebay to help make ends meet. I really need my money, and hope you can help in any way.
