Kazaa Plus, Sharman Networks
Product cannot be registered, technical support does not respond Ripoff

I purchased Kazaa plus in January and have never been able to get it up and running. When I try to license it, I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/var/www/_includes/kazaaplus/classes/EN/transaction. Class on line 720

I had been having a (frustrating) dialogue with customer support over a few months (repeatedly sending me generic database-generated replies which did not address my situation, sending me the same emails over and over even though I had responded that the suggestion didn't work) when they just stopped responding to my emails. Further enquiries on my part have not been answered. I even tried contacting their media rep, and getting someone through their business contact form on their website. Nothing. I just want to either get the product working, or get a refund.
