I paid for Kazaa for 2 yrs and there was an error and it would not download, then everytime I tried to redown they wanted me to pay again. I wrote to customer service about a refund (since I got no service) and for every email I sent no matter what it said it responded with the same exact answer and I asked for the number to customer service and of course didn't get it. I want to be refunded for what I didn't get
