Ripoff

I bought 2 motorola razr v3 unlock to this company, but when i recieved the phone then put my sim card, i found out that my mms features on the phone is not working, i called my subscriber they said that the phone i bought is not compatible in ther system, ther for i cant use my phone internet and mms. I try to call this company " americasoverstock.com, to let them know i wanted to return the cellphone, but no one answer. I email but they dont responed, thers no way you cant hold on them or caontack them. Im hoping in goverment or in authority side will do something about this company.
