This guy is in the Northwest U.S. (I think)—he won't even say on his auctions what state he is in. I had bought a Motorola Razr cellphone with a picture that showed it as a bright green. It was 25 dollars more than a black or maroon (which are more common). When i received it, it was a pasty yellow-green color... Not at all close to the picture. If I had wanted an any-color razr i could have saved 25 bucks. Anyway, i contacted him and supposedly under good graces, he sent me a battery and charger. The charger wouldnt work and he disappeared. After several attempts to reach him, i went to Motorola directly, who told me it wasnt even compatible with my phone. At this point Im pretty mad. I was going to leave only a neutral comment, but then his account was temporarily suspended! I periodically checked, and 2 weeks later he was back online. I left a negative, to which he immediately posts "contacted buyer and being resolved", which is BS to begin with, because he hdn't even talked to me yet. He called my private phone 10 times, and we debated through emails for two hours. He said he had sent a "feedback withdrawl" form to my ebay email and private email, and at the time we had not talk and I deleted them. When he heard that he got indignant. He had told me before this that to keep me as a customer he'd refund the money and let me keep the phone (I told him its the only one I have and I cant return it) to keep me as a customer. Anyway, he pushed and pushed, and said I could do it over the site, and when i finally did it (he told me this was the only way i could get my refund) he immediately turned nasty, saying the minute he got his confirmation that the negative was gone that I wasnt working with him and obviously didnt want to solve the problem. He tricked me, pushed me, coerced me, and harrassed me until he got what he wanted, and then he disappeared. The last thing i heard from him is I'll get my refund, but he will no longer answer his emails, and I see on ebay hes still doing business daily, so he's blowing me off intentionally. He's had over a week to contact or refund me—he had no problem spending two hours on the email. He sells a lot of cellphones, and Im only one person. Well, I dont care if im the only one (actually last i looked he had 109 negatives). This guy sucks as a businessman, and more people should know this! I have filed against him in Paypal, so I am hoping to get his true nature out in the open everywhere, so that more people dont get screwed by him!
