Ripoff, they charge your account too much and wont give refunds

After ordering an item from JMD we realized we were overcharged, they had charged us twice, the item wasnt what they described online so we returned the item with a promise of 2-4 weeks for "refund processing", for 3 months now we have emailed and made phone calls and have not recieved one word about any of it, no phone calls or emails.

It isnt fair that so many honest people cant get their own business started but creeps like these peolpe can steal and cheat their way into a profit making business. They have no intentions of giving us our money back and they have scammed so many people. DONT use these people you will never be satisfied.
