Ripoff Sent money no product received

I purchased a supposedly new sealed box of Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 from this seller through Amazon Market Place over a month ago. I never received the order and there has been no response to emails. At the time I placed the order seller had 100% positive feedback. Now, I notice there are quite a few negatives for no delivery all within the same time frame.

I have filed a claim through Amazon's A-Z guarantee. Hopefully I will get a full refund.
