Last Oct I was sweet talked into signing up for a Java program to get certified. I was offered at 600.00 with no finance charges! I paid 50.00 a month on being on social security and being that I am a college student and my major is computer science which I am almost done with an AS degree in that major. Anyway, the first month I was able to log into the website! But there after, I was not! From Nov/Dec 05 all I got was a bogus website log in address! So, in Jan 06 I stopped paying them!

My excuse for non payment is simple, I am on a fixed income and I was paying for a service I never got! And as of May 06 I added them to a debt consolidation. The debt company wrtie them a proposal of a 15.00 a month payment! I felt that was generious being I got nothing!!! CBT refused the payment plan from them! So, my attitude is this. They screwed up! If they really wanted there money they would of accepted that payment term! But, they wanted the 50.00 month payment. I am like no way. I should of just kept paying it monthly! These people should be shut down!!!

First of all if you are going out for a AS Degree in Computers you do not need to get certified! The degree should say it all! Do not let them bully you into signing up!

2ed if they want there money they can sue me! But, see this is what a cowered will do they will attach it to my credit report first!

As I figure it they owe me 150.00! For a service I never got! I will go to the Clearwater FL Attorney General's office and file a huge complaint with them over this issue! If there are so many complaints about the same issue against this company then something should be done about it!
