Axia College gives me $20,000 of debt for useless degree!

Get this! I called Axia College back in May and spoke to an enrollment counselor to see if they offered an Associates Degree program for Registered Nursing. Well the lady said yes and told me what program it was, so I thought about it and decided to start. My main reason for doing online classes is because I can't fit full time campus into my schedule.
So I have been doing these classes for almost a year and a half and find out that the degree program they put me in, has nothing to do with Nursing and that the classes will not even transfer as general studies pre-reqs. Not to mention, they don't even offer an Associates degree in Science or anything related to actual Nursing. They have me in a degree program that will get me to medical billing and any other desk job that probably won't pay more than $15 an hour.
So I have $20,000 in student loans that I now have to pay back in order to keep my credit from going in shambles and the degree is worthless. So I am basically wiping my A* with $20,000. I am a single mother of 3 children and I also take care of my sister and her baby, so I don't have the money just lying around.
I need a good lawyer that can get me at least enough money to pay back my student loans, in addition to enough money to cover 2 years of REAL Nursing school.
