Ripoff Continued billing after cancellation, and refused to credit back on credit card

I called to cancel internet service with Walmartconnect in March. This is May and I am still getting charges on my credit card. When I called (to India) to find out why I was still being billed I was told that they saw that I had called in March but the account was not canceled.instead of canceling like I had asked, they simply singed me up for another service, that I definately did not ask for. I was then told that they refused to refund the charges to my card. So now I have three months worth of bills for a service that I did not want or ask for. Thanks alot Walmart.
