Ripoff, very rude, fraudulent billing

I was an user of walmart connect. Idecided to change to a higher speed company. I called to cancel my subscription on April. Walmart Connect did not cancell my subscription per my reuest, instead kept billing me every month after I notced I was being billed, I called to inquire, the operators were very rude, refused to refund me of the unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account because I did not have the calcellation confirmation number. I had to re cancell the subscription, this time they gave me a confirmation number, but still refused to refund me for the last payment. Rip off!
