Orginally solicitated by e-mail free computer. Their website led you to believe that in order to qualify for the computer you had to give 2 sponsors a try. I started with the Real Estate Investing Company and after I signed up I realized that I had to buy 2 sponsors from each page of which there were 3 pages which meant 6 sponsors total of having to buy their products or services. I decided not to do this and went back to cancel the Real Estate membership and was told that they would not refund the shipping and handling charges. All of this transpired within 5 minutes. I told then that they could not possibly have sent the membership in 5 minutes and they asked me if I read their terms and conditions. I explained to them that you cannot access their terms until after you have submitted your credit card number. I asked to speak to a supervisor which also said no refund on the shipping charges but he would cancel my membership. I asked for an e-mail confirmation of cancellation, he said he would send out immediately. It never came. 4Hours later, I called again and asked the customer service rep how I could get confirmation on membership cancellation as if you don't cancel, your credit card is billed $49.95 a month and their terms and conditions spell out no cancellation via phone call or written request only e-mail and when I tried to cancel by e-mail their server said my e-mail was not valid. I was able to get a cancellation number from them over the phone but I believe they might try to charge my credit card for the $49.95 stating there was no cancellation given. I reported them the the BBB of Utah and hopefully people will read this and not do business with this company or any other company who rips-off consumers.
