Purchased four items on E-Bay from seller. After closing, seller inflated price by charging almost $8.00 each to put DVD's into a single box and mail them. Listing implied that shipping would be combined, but after closing, and sale is complete, he said he would tak $0.25 off each one. He ends up billing me almost $25.00 to mail a package that probably only cost him $6.00. Nice way to make a dishonest living if you can get away with it.
