Never delivered florers to my mom on Mothres Day. No refund Given ripoff

Don't ever use FTD.com

I call ftd.com to place an order of flowers to my mom for mother's day. They guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered by mother's day. I stressed that point with the sales agent very much. She then pointed out that if I placed the order online I could save 10 percent so I did.

I waited and waited for my mom to call and thank me but she never did, I finally called her mother's day night and listening to her voice you could hear how upset she was thinking that I forgot about mothers day. As you could tell ftd.com never delivered the flowers. NO email or calls from ftd.com explaing why. 2 days later no flowers, no calls, no REFUND.

I called them and they apologized and said that they have to do an investigation to find out why my refund has still not been issued. No credit or discount has been issued, only an email with $15 dollars off the next time I purchase from them but that cannot be combined with my coupon that I originally used to purchase the flowers with so what's the point.

When you got a good thing stick with it. I'm going back to 1800flowers.

FTD.com where is my refund. What poor customer service not issuing anything when you screw up. Guaranteeing flowers that you cannot deliver. I have never felt so embarrassed when I called my mom and she was all upset thinking that I forgot about mother's day. FTD.com I hope you burn in hell for making my mom feal the way you did.
