Ripoff, Ignored cancellation request, did not refund first 99.95 then withdrew second 99.95 one month later from my PayPal acount

I was contacted by cold telephone call at 6:53pm (cst) on March 28th by someone named Eddie (a supposed senior manager).

Caller Id showed EBay Developers at 801-525-0461. I was solicited to purchase a package from them that would give me a website that would give me unlimited space on ebay, unlimited coaching, supporting staff.

The very first time I called and asked to speak to the coach (Valerie) she told me I missed an on line coaching session and would have to wait for the next one. I sat in on the next one and she (Valerie) was extremely rude and condesinding not only to me, but to the others on line as well.

I decided it was not for me and printed out their cancellation policy. Then within 24 hrs of signing on, I wrote out my cancellation as to their policy and emailed it to them twice and saved and printed it out.
They rec. It, because on Thu, March 30th at 11:50: 47-0700

I rec. A reply from Valerie at "Cancellations, cancel@v-motion.com. That included my cancellation notice along with it. They did not refund my $99.95 that was paid by PayPal and again withdrew another $99.95 from my PayPal account on April 29th. After numerous calls and emails to them, a guy named Kent told me on May 11th that they refunded my money on March 30th to PayPal and that they never withdrew anymore.

This is an out and out lie. No funds have ever been returned and I have spoken to PayPal and my credit card co. And reported this to www.fraud.org and www.ic3. Gov
I have the statements to prove the the charges were made and that no refunds were ever made.
