Icom Consulting ripoff dishonest fraudulent company took my money never provided key for software New York

This company took 2 $29.95 payments from my credit card and never provided me with a key to the software.
When I try calling them for a refund I got a voice mail that was full and never allowed me to leave a message.
When I call the parent company Icom Consulting Inc the receptionist acted stupid and ask me to leave a message that no one returned.
It is now my 5th day calling this company to get someone to call me back and I have had no luck.
This company is a complete rip-off.
