Ripoff and going for 3 years Houston

I bought a dell in late 2003. I also was offered the 6 months no interest. I had made my final payment in april of 04. They (DELL) lost my payment I have been arguing with them for the past couple of years.

Finally in january they posted my final payment, of course with it being lost they are now charging me interest and late fees. I had the same problems with tech support, on hold for 145 minutes 1 x and the next over 2 hours. After several attempts I gave up and had some one repair the computer. The reason I was having problems is DELL PUTS YOUR COMPUTER ON THEIR NETWORK AND IT RAN MINE VERY SLOW AND GAVE ME A VIRUS!

I get a call last night from a guy yelling at me telling me they are sending some one out to reposses my computer and i will be paying dell 1500.00 plus what ever they get charged to do this. I did report them to our missouri fraud dept which dell responded by sending them statements from late 2004 after the late fees and penalties where incurred. I than again responded that I had the computer over a year and sent them an invoice showing i did. They could not help they said.

I wish there was away to get this web site on tv to show how they are not true to their advertisments. When I called I got people whom I could not understand very mean. They would call me every 5 minutes, actually got me put on probation at work for personal calls. I told them not to call me at work they did so any way.

Now I am being threatened by some attorney they have, and I have been going thru a lot the past 3 yrs I have had this computer. Yet I cannot find some one to help me in missouri. I know in Missouri I am not the only one going thru this. I worked in customer service myself and there are several people that stated to me they had the same problem. I just don't know where to turn.

I'm tired of this big company because I am an indivual doing this to me. They made the comment to me that i am just one customer, and laughed when i said if they sue me I will counter sue. Ssince then they have ruined my credit, and totally harrased me, and I don't know how to get them to stop. Tthey said if I paid another 1300.00 that they would. I don't have it. Sso where do I go?
