The manufacturer has not paid two rebates for motherboard purchased on 5/28/05. Rebates were submitted soon after purchase. This manufacturer does not provide a phone number and requests email correspondence to rebate@machspeed.com. After no response from numerous emails I contacted store where products were purchased (Microcenter) and finally received an email from Linda Spencer at Mach Speed. I emailed copies of all rebate documentation three times. Told to resubmit by mail again, which I did in January to attn of Linda Spencer. Still no rebate, and no response from the company when I inquire about this rebate. I don't expect to get paid for these rebates, as this company will not honor these rebates. I just want people to be aware of this in case they are buying Mach Speed products because of advertised rebates.

I certainly would not have bought their product without the promised rebate savings.
