Rip-Off: Rebate Was Not Honored Internet

I sent in a rebate approximately 10 months ago and it was not honored. They claimed that I did not provide the necessary information, however, this is false. I have all copies of the documentation, which is 100% accurate.

They asked me for more information, which I promptly supplied. However, they have still not granted my request.

My occupation is accounting, so I feel very confident in saying that I wrote every number and letter down on the rebate forms in a correct manner. I even went so far as to mail a copy of the serial number that is still on my product. But nothing from Mach Speed.

Mach Speed offers large rebates to entice people into buying their rather cheap products. But I believe that they make quite a bit of money by simply not honoring some of their rebates. I know another person who is in a similar position, and you can imagine that neither of us are very happy with Mach Speed.
