PayPal is not a secure site. They charged my account and took money to refund to a buyer who had received his order and was trying to get the item for nothing. I warn sellers to be careful with this website. They are pushing sellers to claim that an item was delivered to a buyer by the post office, and that is fraud. The item was insured and has proof of delivery, and the post office confirmed that the buyer has received the item. They are ripping off seller accounts.
