Ripoff Multiple billings twice in one year even after cancellation 5x this month

This company provides decent private browsing through a cloak; however, twice in the year that I have been doing business with them they have charged me multiple times in the same month for their service. They blame it on their third party credit card processor, but the fact is that they are responsible when their customers are being ripped-off by a company that acts as their agent. Currently (all within one week) I have been billed five times for their service at the regular monthly rate (although they change the charge amount a few cents each time they make a new charge). My bank noticed the pattern and contaced me after the third charge. They have been slow to reply to emails, and their latest email made me so suspicious and concerned for the community at large that I decided it was time to write this report (they tried to tell me they were processing multiple times because they could not get authorization — I sent them my bank's "pending transaction" list which invalidated that ridiculous theory). At the very least, I will now have to have the card replaced, and dispute each and every charge made by findnot. They do provide a good service, but their customer service and billing practices are not worth the trouble. There are other companies that have the same product and only bill their customers once a month. Plus, you can talk to someone at those companies, and they have local offices. Stay away from findnot.com also doing business as 1st Class Software.
