Ripoff not as advertised, shipping charge fraud

Purchased at Ebay auction "600 watt, 6-channel receiver. Received 200 watt 2-channel receiver. Used their web-page to get RMA. RMA generated but even though they had sent a wrong item I was required to pay shipping to return the product.

Seller has no communications with buyers other than auto-generated replies. Advertised product arrived quickly, but not "New" and incomplete. Not packed in original packing material.

Attempted 25 communications with company about compensation for shipping their mistake back to them without any response. Note in last 30 days more than 350 similar compaints on Ebay feedback. Note also that they immediately file negative feedback on anyone complaining.

Charge exhorbitant fees for shipping (double actual shipping cost.)
