I signed up for their service and followed their instructions for the 10 day trial period. I did not want the service because the deals were not really deals as they had advertised. I cancelled my membership on the 12th day. They did charge my cc $154.95 for the year subscription, in addition the the initial $3.95. That part is just fine. The problem is with their customer service and their false advertising of 2 free airline tickets with a verified trial membership. I sent them their voucher on 12/22/05. They wrote and said they had received it on 12/27/05 and I had to wait for the membership to be verified and in 90 days the tickets would be sent to me. It is now 4/15/06 and still no tickets. I can't get ahold of any customer service rep. And their web site is no longer accesible. My emails come back to me. They are doing an excellent job, however, at ignoring me. They are dishonest, misleading, and an overall bad business to deal with.
