Ripoff fraudulent rebate ripoff! Irvine

I have not receive a $30 rebate check from stompsoft Inc. Its been over 17 weeks already. The terms and conditions of rebate states it should be mailed to me within 12 weeks. No one answers their customer service lines.

I mailed the required material for the $30 rebate on 11/28/05. I checked their online rebate database since 2/15/05- it stated it was received and processing.

Early march I tried contacting their customer service about the rebate via phone (949-263-8560). I was on hold for over 90min without any answer. No one answers these phone lines. I left several voice mails also I emailed them several times without a response or reply.

Then on 3/31/06 I talked to someone named Joe via their sales department, he assured me that the rebate would be mailed on 3/31/06 and that I should receive it by 4/5/05. I did not receive anything.

I emailed them about the rebate several times again. I did not get a reply until on 4/3 I received a email from Frank Castro a Tech Support Representative he told me to call the customer service at the number that no one answers.

On 4/7/06 I called again, no one answers their customer service line so I called the sales department again (sales department). I talked to Joe again. He said he would contact Carlos the person who handles rebates and again repeated that the $30 rebate check would be mailed and that I should receive it by 3/11/06. I did not receive the anything.

I checked their online rebate database and it still states received and processing. It has been about 18 weeks since I mailed the required material for the $30 rebate. I still have not received the rebate check.in addition I was misinformed several times about the status of the rebate. I was falsely led to believe that the check was on the way several times already.
