Ripoff, billed for material never sent, no answer to calls or lette

In January I answered an advertisement I found on ebay about Pro Auction. I signed up to receive the materials for a small shipping fee.
On my Feb. Credit card statement, I was billed by Pro Auction for $49.95. I called them and was told that I had signed up as a member. I told them that I had never received any introductory materials and hadn't signed up as a member and to please cancel any membership. They offered to send me the materials I never received and I declined.
On my Mar. Statement I was again charged $49.95 and called again. They told me that I would have to write a letter requesting a refund, which I did.
On my Apr. Statement, I was credited $49.95. I called again and again told them that I had not received any materials from them and had written a letter but received no reply. They told me to write another letter. After reading usacomplaints. Coms on this company, I feel another letter would be wasting both my time and postage.
