My Net Marketing Center Ripoff took my money got no product!

On February 9 I attempted to order Howard Moreland's "My Free Credit Repair" report online through Stormpay. When I went to make payment by credit card, the link was lost. I then proceeded a second attempt. Same thing happened, so I mailed my order in sending them a check for $47 (#1177) using their form on February 10. I was supposed to be emailed the information to download this report once the check cleared. To this date they continue to ignore my emails (of which I've sent at least four) asking for the download info for this report. I informed them of the check clearing on 2/16/06 and even the signature on the check and the bank it was deposited into, but they will not send me the download info for my order. I am being ripped off and I want my money back or my product!!! When I called, I only got a recording telling me to leave a message. Yea Right!
