Ripoff Never got the link they described that would take me to an instant download site where I could get the report

I got an email from this company to purchase their report on grants that are available. This email stated that this report could be purchased on their web site. I purchased this item using my credit card and never got the link they described that would take me to an instant download site where I could get the report. When I call the number listed on their web site, the phone just rings but nobody answers and there is no message service available. They are a total rip off!
